Why I Got A Brinkmann Gas Grill
After scouring the web for various kinds of grillers and smokers, my eyes were about to glaze over from sheer number of choices available.
Eventually though, the Brinkmann Gas Grill came up in my search and I was convinced to get one based on its features and feedback from other users.
Although I'm fairly new to grilling and not that savvy about the different grills out there, I had a good feeling about the Brinkman brand and took a leap of faith.
Soon enough, my order arrived and wasted no time putting it together. After using it during a weekend barbecue at my place, I can now say that I'm a believer. Here's what I love best about my Brinkmann Gas Grill:
#1: Easy To Get Into
When I opened the package, I was intimidated at first because I didn't realize that I had to assemble it myself. However, my Brinkmann Gas Grill came with a clearly illustrated user manual which explained in detail how to put everything together step-by-step.
I had no trouble assembling the different components and was able to figure out which part went where quicker than I expected. In no time at all, I had gone from setting up the grill to getting started with slapping my marinated masterpieces onto the sizzling grill!
Speaking of which, I was also impressed by the large capacity of the Brinkmann Gas Grill because it features a large cooking area which meant I was able to serve more food to my guests in the soonest possible time.
I invited a lot of people over, so I was relieved that it didn't take long for everyone to start eating the barbecued ribs and chicken I made for them.
Needless to say, they loved it to bits!
#2: Solid And Durable
I also noticed that the body and individual parts of my Brinkmann Gas Grill are well-built. I may not be as experienced with grilling as other folks, but even I could tell that my grill boasted of fine workmanship.
The construction was obviously sturdy because of the good welds and thick metals. My friends from work who also owned grills commented that my model didn't all look like it was made from sheet metal (which is inferior). They too noticed that the cooking grills and lid were made of solid steel.
It was clear to me that I'll have a lot of backyard barbecue weekends to look forward to with this grill!
#3: Bells And Whistles
My Brinkmann Gas Grill is very portable which means that I have the flexibility to move it around my house as needed. I was also impressed that they paid attention to the finer details.
For instance, I liked that the grill came with its own temperature gauge so I didn't have to guess if the food was ready or not. This way, I didn't risk drying out the meat too much or serving my guests with undercooked food.
The front-hinged door (for adding charcoal or wood chips) closed nice and tight while the hinges felt firm and stable. This told me that I was dealing with a solid piece of equipment that's going to last me a long time.
All in all, I was glad I made the right choice. It was risky for me to go into this without a lot of foresight, but luckily I ended up with the Brinkmann Gas Grill. It turned out to be one of the best investments I've ever made!
